PAYMENT INFORMATION

At Access Total Care, we strive to create an affordable care experience for all our patients. Getting your necessary healthcare services shouldn’t be a hassle, and more importantly you shouldn’t be hampered by high costs.

That’s why we accept a variety of major insurances to make your healthcare services as affordable as possible. We are also a Medicare and Tricare qualified provider.

We unfortunately do not accept Medicaid plans. We do offer affordable Self-Pay options for anyone that does not have insurance. If you are unsure if your plan is accepted, please call and we can assist with real-time confirmation.

Occasionally, we will be unable to file a claim on your behalf because of network limitations. However, we can provide you with a form that you can submit to your insurance company to instruct them to send reimbursements directly to you if you decide to pay out-of-pocket at time of service.

Please be aware that with any health plans, there may be deductibles and copayments for which you could be responsible. Please inquire about our CASH payment options at time of service should you not chose to use insurance or not have an insurance carrier.

QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR MEDICAL BILL

You will receive a copy of your bill. After your insurance has paid, we’ll provide you with a monthly statement of your account.

Generally, it takes from 45 to 60 days to obtain payment from an insurance carrier.​​​

If we have received any such information from your insurance company, we’ll be glad to share it with you. However, for answers to any questions about insurance payments, deductibles, or co-payments, you generally need to check with your insurance company.
